THURSDAY, JUNE 19 - Come join us as we travel to Northern California. Our first stop will be at the LUMBER JACK for a hosted lunch. This afternoon we will visit the TURTLE BAY EXPLORATION PARK, on the Sacramento River, which tells the story of the region and its people through wildlife exhibits, gardens, and trails, the spectacular enclosed Butterfly House, and the Turtle Bay Museum. Our accommodations for the next two nights will be at the BEST WESTERN TREE HOUSE INN in Mt. Shasta.
FRIDAY, JUNE 20 - Enjoy a hosted breakfast at our hotel before we board our motorcoach for a guided tour of the Mt. Shasta area. We will have time to browse in the shops in Mt Shasta City. This evening we will enjoy a three hour train ride on the SHASTA SUNSET DINNER TRAIN. Gaze out the window as the Shasta Sunset Dinner Train winds its way through the awe inspiring scenery of pristine, uncrowded Northern California. Hear the “clickety clack” and feel the gentle sway of the cars as we take a nostalgic rail journey over tracks first laid a century ago. White linens, fine china, polished silver and sparkling stemware accent the gourmet four course dining experience.
SATURDAY, JUNE 21 - We have a hosted breakfast at our hotel before departure. Our hosted lunch will be at BILL & KATHY’s before arriving in Woodland at the HEIDRICK AG HISTORY CENTER. This museum exhibits farm implements, tractors and harvesting machinery. Mr. Heidrick collected rare, unusual, and historic farm machinery over the course of his lifetime and built the Center to display his collection. Entrance to the Hays Truck Museum also included. Approximate arrival time back will be 6:00 p.m.

INCLUDES: 2 NIGHTS DELUXE LODGING, 5 MEALS, ENTRANCE TO TURTLE BAY EXPLORATION PARK, SHASTA SUNSET TRAIN, GUIDED TOUR OF AREA, ENTRANCE TO HEIDRICK AG MUSEUM, MOTORCOACH TRANSPORTATION, LUGGAGE HANDLING, TAXES AND GRATUITIES ON ALL HOSTED MEALS.
DEPOSIT: $100.00 per person BALANCE DUE NO LATER THAN MAY 2.
You may cancel up to May 2 with no penalty. After May 2 there is no refund. Trip cancellation insurance is available for $33.00 per person, dbl., $30.00 per person, tpl. occ. and $39.00 single and must be paid with final payment. If premium is paid with tour deposit the exclusion in the policy for pre-existing medical condition is waived if you are not disabled from travel when you pay your premium. Full coverage details will be sent to you upon receipt of payment. Extended insurance to cover Accidental Death, Medical Expenses/Emergency Assistance, Trip Delay, Baggage and Baggage Delay may be purchased for and additional $25.00 per person and can be purchased with your final payment. We are unable to make refunds on portions of unused tours such as meals, attractions and transportation or any other tour included items once the tour has commenced. Reserved seating is assigned at time of deposit. There is no smoking on the bus, however, frequent rest stops will be made en route.
